Nope. The only Nissans available for import under Show and Display are the 1999 R34 V-Spec Limited Edition and 1990 R32 GT-R VIN BNR32-100000 to BNR32-100562. Pretty much every Skyline that isn't a V-Spec Limited Edition/specific R32 is on the non-eligible list.

There is no V Spec "limited edition"
AAnd it could still be eligible. It's both historically significant and had production numbers of under 500, so there's a good chance the application to have it added to the list would be approved.

According to the US Government there is, because a 1999 R34 GT-R V-Spec Early Model Limited Edition is listed on the non-eligible list. They could have mistaken the R34 for the R33 Limited Edition., but legally it's not up for Show Or Display.
Considering the list only shows the 1999 R34, I guess one could submit for application like you said.

But there is no such thing. And I'm not saying it's already eligible, but I'm saying it's very unlikely to be turned down, considering the Nismo R32 is fine.
